1️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Failed transactions where amount is debited but service not delivered
  • Technical errors caused by system malfunction

2️⃣ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Successfully completed transactions
  • User mistakes (incorrect account details)
  • Third-party payment gateway charges

3️⃣ Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Date and transaction amount
  • Reason for refund request

4️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Refunds are reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
